For a group of guys that started off as a jazz band named “The Cornbread All-Stars” (of all things), Midlake has come a long way. This February they’re set to release their third studio release via Bella Union records. Titled The Courage of Others, the accompanying tour will be sadly be a short one; centered around the Southeast U.S. and the U.K. Lucky for us, two of the tracks have begun circulation already (your me aculpa Midlake, for ignoring the Midwest).
