Robin Bacior: “Man Before Me”

robin bacior

New York via Northern California singer-songwriter Robin Bacior is absolutely right.  Right in her use of speakeasy piano commentary, right in her mid-song release into necro-centered wonderings in apartment buildings, and right with her warm-like-honey voice used in all the best ways.  What if you love me for reasons that won’t last?  Ms. Bacior, if you keep doing what you’re doing, that’s just not possible.  “Man Before Me” is lovely song.  Slather it on your ears below. And that’s old stuff!  You don’t want to be un-hip and not know her new music.  So stay tuned for her brilliant forthcoming debut album, Rest Our Wings, out November 1st.  You can preview track #5, “Ohio”, from it below.  Ohmigosh, I’m a boy from Ohio!
